Who likes Pushups?

A lot of people think that pushups are all-around bad for you. That’s also what I used to think…but that’s not true. Pushups are an excellent form of exercise for strengthening your arms, chest, and core. Your arms, chest, and core are your foundation, so you need to strengthen them to be stronger overall.
